I found a previous apparent spam by this perp by googling, the result points to parenting.stackexchange.com/questions/4367/… but the spam is gone now ... is this still game for blacklisting the website?

sometimes they'll have a couple of businesses you know, related and spam them. I look at how the websites are laid out - same format - same code beneath type of thing
