Nice @JF. I didn't think I'd like the branding change, but you did a nice job of making it subtle. Thanks! :)
I'm moving the miniprof thing to the right.

that'lll make the search button harder to click though

hrmph
Maybe the revision should be moved to the far right too

That'd probably work

There, that works okay

yep, that's nice!
The profiler overlaps the revision just slightly, but I think it's OK

@ThomasWard ^ That is using the most recent ChatExchange. I will update my repository.

It's actually not a private repo. It's a removed one. I released the package on PyPI. Give me a bit to push what I have to github.

that explains it

Apparently, I haven't been pushing to github in a while :)

1:49 AM
Indeed, you haven't.
Time to restart that process :P

no but seriously I do have such a repo set up for that xD

@Andy can you run the test suites (aka the tests in test/) on Windows to make sure it works?

Updated.
On smokey?

and I challenge you to get a 'config' file working with ws.py and not error out on Windows
and yes
@Andy just use 'master' since i merged the git-sh-windows crap today

ok
You'll need to pip install stackapi if you are trying to use Zephyr

oooo masterchef junior demands watching
@Andy actually i just wanted to git clone

Also, I'm curious what software you were referring to as "expensive".

@Andy there's a test suite software called 'zephyr'
but since nobody told me Zephyr was a codename for your bot... :P

fill it with junk and see if you can even get past the GlobalVars.wrap*.login() parts that keep failing on my four Windows envs.

I don't need it to even connect, I just want to see if you get the same errors I've been getting with either cookies

@Andy at least it's working, heh. Pull it down, thanks for testing

Guess I'll nuke a PR and something
@Andy I'd love to know more about your env. such as how you're executing, env. vars, configuration, etc.
but since I'm primarily a linux guy
I'mma always run *nix for Smokey
and with Aurora and ESXi on failover, I think we're all good :P

To make sure I hadn't made any changes to Smokey or ChatExchange, I just made a fresh copy of Smokey, ran git submodule init/update, editted the config like you have above and used Zephyr's credentials. Then, in PyCharm, I opened ws.py and pressed Ctrl+F9

hrm, I dunno why it doesn't like my PyCharm
unless it's being containerized by apparmor or some crap

Mine? No

meh, I have a debugger workaround with the debugging code I added into the system
@Andy no i meant my end
the only way I get debug or run capacity is command line direct, and load in pydevd to attach to the debugger server that PyCharm can start
it's how I did some debugging on the "remove msg from channel" stuff here
which is actually quite cool :p
but thanks for testing

Glad to help
Thanks for the unit test fixes

2:09 AM
you're welcome. Those were easy :P
well kinda, I had to put a bunch of changes in to many places :P
but it works :)

I try to have easy issues. It makes getting them resolved more likely :)

truth!
we still have a few evil bugs that are impossible to track down.

Are they on Github? I may be able to take a look. I have a 50/50 chance of either getting a promotion or getting laid off in the next month

@Andy there's no documented issues for them
it's an errant once-in-a-while "Invalid literal" error from CE somewhere
Undo hit it earlier yesterday
oh that reminds me
@Undo don't forget to do a pull, I think I made a minor rev to nocrash.
and that merge with the fix-unit-tests thing had some nocrash changes too
i think it's just a comment change, but eh
@Andy I'm glad we have you to do additional testing though heh
I'm curious whether there's something unique about your environment, how do you think about taking a full disk image and sending it out here so I can dissect :P
(just kidding)

:)

i'm real curious about your environment though, something's gotta be different...

Q: Add "nonsense" to the description of the "rude or abusive" flag

bwDracoCurrent policy states that posts consisting entirely of nonsense or gibberish content should be flagged as "rude or abusive", as they are "abuse of the system or community". However, most people would tend to read "abusive" in this context as "verbally abusive". As such, this usage of the "rude o...

@SmokeDetector 'tis weird to see the number of autoflags and K's not add up to 6.

I want something that says something like:
StackOverflow: 100
Drupal: 100
Arqade: 25
for all my sites that I have accounts on

@JamesENL We have so many autoflaggers that we never risk running out of flags. Not even close - the current record is probably 6 flags per site per user per day (excluding the first tests by Art and Undo).

Fair enough then

@M.A.R. I'm on mobile - no FDSC for me.

Then enough fair
@SmokeDetector K
@JamesENL I'm not sure any userscript can do that

6:52 AM
Not a userscript
A SEDE query

I don't think the number of available flags is visible in SEDE, is it?

Apparently not

@tripleee It isn't

According to JasonC and a meta post it's calculated based on rules and SEDE doesn't have access to helpful flag counts for users

@JamesENL The minimum post score that a report has to reach before the system will cast flags in your name

tpu- by Magisch

Minimum score?

As you can see, that post has a reason weight of 288, as can be seen at the bottom of the metasmoke link: metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/post/58889
Every reason gets a score

Lower number means more flags right?

Nah

7:08 AM
So on places like SO where I have tons of flags I could lower the number?

Higher number = more likely to be spam

@JamesENL Nah less flags

Ahh ok

Lower number also means less accuracy

I'll leave it at 280 then

7:09 AM
So for instance for 280 score the accuracy is something ridiculous like 99,97% or so

Just up the maximum flag number for those sites

@JamesENL The different reason accuracies are actually the weight.

Ok
But for sake of example, I could say that I am happy for autoflags occur on Drupal if the weight is above 200
Also, what does the preview button on the Edit Flagging Condition page do?

@JamesENL yeah, just set up another condition with only drupal enabled and remove drupal from the list of the default condition
