privateinternetaccess.com has two spam hits currently -- one recent, and one from 9 months ago

torrentsvpn.com has three spam incidents already

as per the discussion earlier today, should we blacklist those?

actually, I would cut privateinternetaccess some slack, the posts are stupid but possibly submitted in good faith

(my copy of the blacklist might not be completely up to date, btw)

folks, I am trying to figure if job offers (paid or free) in posts qualify for spam flags, can you help? Per my reading of MSE FAQ strict meaning is post should promote some product or service, otherwise it can't qualify for spam, do I understand that correctly? and if yes, I can't figure whether it would be correct to say that job offer some "product" or "service", somehow it doesn't feel right though I am not sure...

@DavidPostill per my reading of Wikipedia article (which is in turn used as a base of our MSE FAQ) absence of monetary aspects in the message still allows to qualify some posts as spam. That article has section on Noncommercial forms. But okay, even if it was paid job, even if author offered money for their wanted mentoring, could this qualify, I just can't see "product" or "service" promotion in such posts, or do I miss something?

@gnat I don't see product or service either (that's the payload I referred to). That's why I said "It is just an off-topic question.". Note - I am personally very anti-spam. If I think it's spam I will say so, even if some people don't always agree with me :)

I once got a Sales Director fired for his company spamming after I complained to his boss (Managing Director) pointing out what damage was being caused to the reputation of his company :)
