I didn't realize there was action taken with regards to that users account.

It happened recently. I also didn't get the pings from in here, so sorry for the delayed response.

The reason I assumed it was a bot was from the level of seemingly automated reviews, and also someone had mentioned the approach was authored by someone who also authored Smokey.
