@Undo FYI: About two hours ago, it looks like MS started having consistent problems flagging posts. From the error, it looks like the problem is in the Lambda or communicating to the Lambda. The problems start with the flags on this post, but continue from there on. It's possible that this might resolve on its own, but maybe not.

Other people have reported seeing similar errors when trying to flag through MS in the last few days.

Looking at the errors, it may help to improve the SE API error recovery and reporting in the Lambda. At least that's my first guess as to what would be causing the issue (as the errors are at least somewhat similar to what we've seen intermittently and believed to be SE API related). I'll see if I can take a look at the Lambda's code to see if error recovery and reporting can be improved, so we know more about what happened, rather than just getting an "Internal Server Error" form the Lambda.

@Cow I'm not clear how the being logged out works. There are only a few/several sites to log into. Once you're logged into one of the .stackexchange.com sites, you should be logged into all the ones on which you have an account.

If the issue is that you don't have accounts on some sites, you still wouldn't have been able to raise a flag, until you create an account there.

If you're wanting to create accounts on all sites, then Sites where a user doesn't have an account on can tell you on which sites you don't have accounts, making it easier to create the accounts.

@Cow I thought you had created accounts, which was part of my confusion. It's possible to become logged out of all sites. When that happens, you have to re-login to each of the non-.stackexchange.com sites and one .stackexchange.com site in order to be logged in everywhere.
