[ SmokeDetector | MS ] Potentially bad ip for hostname in body, potentially bad ns for domain in body (2): Images of my website are not getting index - please help me in finding out the root cause ✏️‭ by Ritik Joshi‭ on webmasters.SE

@Fastnlight did you want to report it?

@Fastnlight You are not a privileged user. Please see the privileges wiki page for information on what privileges are and what is expected of privileged users.

@Nick See?

No worries, I'll do it

@Nick Thanks!

oops

Huh

@Fastnlight I flagged with the advanced flagging userscript witch auto reports to SD for spam and R/A flags and I flagged at just about the same times as Nick sent the message making 2 SD reports

@Ethan Aren't we able to delete one of them?

No. Mabey admins can but I dont know

You can with privs (I think). Reply with delete-force

12:08 AM
I don't think it matters. Both have feedback. Weird that it didn't block one of the reports though, guess there's a timing issue there.

@SmokeDetector Undisclosed affiliation. Doing a reverse image search of their SO profile picture on Google gives the name "Alex Riabov" and a link to this site. After a quick google search of the name followed by the word "fixie", I found this page and this page stating they are a co-founder of Fixie.

Added a comment to that same post with a link to the reverse image search since I can't send it in chat because of the character limit.

@Jesse impressive research!

@Laurel Undisclosed affiliation, definitely. Spam, probably not. It just seems to me like they might not be fully aware of the rules about promotion, unless there's more to the story that I'm not seeing.
If they post another answer linking to the same thing and ignore the comment I just left, then I'd say it's spam.
Although I do see that they've promoted it in a decent number of answers. May be worth adding them to the user blacklist just to keep an eye on them.
