@cocomac I'm inclined to give tp feedback for that. It's different than a "thanks" or "me too" answer, which are posted by users in good faith, who just don't know the site policies. Whereas a user must realize that an answer that copy pastes the CoC is not appropriate in an answer (especially to a question that's completely unrelated).
@cocomac At a minimum, it's plagiarized, so TP. From an rude/abusive POV, if someone was asking a question in a room with a group of people and another person walked up to the group and just spouted that off, would you think that it was appropriate or "inappropriate for respectful discourse"?

@SmokeDetector This seems much more like a user being a bit too enthusiastic in sharing their solution to me, rather than actual spam. The profile on SU is almost 4 years old. The profile on SO is > 8 years old. The user has other contributions on both sites; not a lot, but some.
@SmokeDetector This ended up deleted shortly after being reported. I can't see deleted posts on SU, so I don't know why. I've raise a custom flag to bring it to moderator's attention, just in case SD's reporting it contributed to it being deleted.
I didn’t see FPs on MS and it seems pretty unique to spam (not many other uses for that phrase), so I’m watching it, but if someone disagrees and/or has a reason to not, I’m happy to hear it
