Well, except people to go to those sites to actually accomplish something, like look up documentation. I am not immediately seeing a reason why people would go to or share links to Tencent, except to promote the company itself.

@SmokeDetector Given the history I've experienced with Electrical Engineering and flagging, I'm hesitant to flag as anything other than for closure. The huge amount of copy & pasted text feels promotional, but there is what appears to be a question, although it's unclear, IMO.
