@RyanM I'm not sure, yet. So far, it's the "reply" indicator with the numbers at the start followed immediately with a newline, then the rest is a single line of over standard length, but it has what appears to be full Markdown (well at least links).

Does anyone know what akapple.com is? It appeared in this report earlier, which I was inclined to mark fp for just being a low-quality question, but that's the second report with that domain that's appeared today, and that one is definitely R/A. There's no other hits on MS, or even SE for that matter.
@cigien it seems that is actually spam, since it is blatantly promoting a paid service (rather than perhaps linking to a post which explains how to do something, for which that would be disclosure)
@Nick As far as I can tell, the paid service seems directly related to what the question is asking about. Also, the answer seems useful (and not plagiarized from anywhere afaict), which suggests that the user is posting in good faith. A warning about promoting their products should suffice. I'll add that.
@Nick That's true, but the answer is not suggesting that their product has anything to do with OBS studio, just broadcasting services in general. If the last couple of sentences were all that the answer contained, it would definitely be spam. However, given that there appears to be a useful answer in there, I'm willing to give it the benefit of doubt for now. Feel free to watch the domain, in case it shows up again.
@cigien I'm not convinced there is any really useful information in there in terms of solving OPs problem. I'll follow the question to see if there are any edits to the answer.
@SmokeDetector fp- It looks like the question's fault, and user's other contributions don't appear to be spam. (The linked article is only a few weeks old though).
@Nick It's been edited by the user, and they've left a comment (which you've probably seen if you're following it), suggesting they didn't intend to spam their product.
@richardec It's certainly possible that it's a sock-puppet. Given that it was reported by a site mod, I'm assuming they looked for any evidence of that, and didn't find any. From what I can see, it looks like an fp to me. (At least the answer).
If you'd like an explanation of what the above output of the !!/stats command means, I put an explanation in a comment on PR#7004 of the similar output which is produced by the enhanced version of the command enabled by that PR.

In other abuse report news, the report I filed with Medium with a link to 4,000 spam posts back in 2020 was never handled. I poked them in 2021 about it, they said they'd take care of it, nothing. I sent them another email in January, they assured me they'd handle it. Nothing. I did notice, though, that if I manually report each post through their site they'll take them down. That's not sustainable for 4k posts though. (And their API doesn't offer an option for reporting.)

@tripleee In order for a "number" to make an exact match, the pattern must begin with a digit or up to two of +,(,[, or { immediately followed by a digit. Append -force to the command if you really want to add the pattern you entered.
