@Undo Here is my proposed idea: We create a new list with things that we are almost certain will have no fp but which don't qualify for the blacklist yet. There could be some rough guidelines for this list: e.g. 0 results on SE, a couple of tp's already, but mostly it's just common sense. This new list can contain keywords, websites, and phone numbers.
@tripleee That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in answer and Potentially bad keyword in body; append -force if you really want to do that.
@Xnero Currently, that room is moderators only for commands (and chat message based feedback) to SmokeDetector. It sounds like you're wanting to change that. Given that you're an RO for that room and the user who originally requested SD report into that room, it seems reasonable to have the user permissions structure as you desire. Please describe what type of user permissions structure you want for the room (see below).
Which users are authorized for SmokeDetector commands in a room is generally left up to the room's ROs and/or the mods for the room's parent site.
For rooms that have commands enabled, there are four types of commonly used user permissions settings: A) inherit from Charcoal HQ, B) inherit from Charcoal HQ with additional people listed per the ROs, C) have a separate list where the RO's permission is required to add people, and D) moderators only. How do you want that room configured?
