I found this comment on a question, it gives advice for tools that bear little relation to the actual question, including one tool for which they do not disclose their affiliation (it is listed on their profile page); is it worthwhile to flag this, and which comment flag would I choose?

@vandench If it's a single comment, then it's not a big deal. If you see a pattern of such comments, and especially if you see it in answers, then you should flag it. Always raise a custom flag (instead of Spam) for these cases, since it won't be obvious what the issue is. Also, if you're raising a custom flag, make sure to do it on a post, instead of a comment. It can be any post by that user, or any post at all. Just make sure to link to instances of the problematic behavior in your flag.
I've already flagged this one btw, so you don't have to do anything for now.
