@Vickel Hmmmm... Actually, doing that probably won't help, because the response you see is entirely the result of a response from MS. Let me look around a bit.
@Vickel You need to go to this page and click the checkbox that says "Use my account to cast flags automatically". Please see the description of what needs to be set up in this message.
@Makyen That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in answer and Potentially bad keyword in body; append -force if you really want to do that.
@Daniil I was going to say "see the message from ThomasWard". But repeating it is about as long: Primarily, the database was slow. The two major things that were done were additional indexes were added to the database and MS as a whole was moved to being on an SSD instead of a spinning disk.
@Daniil ...probably. There are some functionality modes which you may be including in "down" which were part of what was intended to be improved by these changes. However, rather than preventing MS from actually being "down", the focus of the changes were to make processing faster overall and substantially reduce the time between a post being reported and when it was autoflagged, which had, at least in some cases, become quite substantial.
So, if by "down" you mean times when MS has been too busy to respond to requests, then, yes, MS will be "down less now". If you only meant times when MS was actually non-functional, then there will probably be some improvement, but that wasn't the focus of the changes.
@Daniil Which one? I assume you mean the !!/watch adjustment one. If so, a bit of work, but not a lot, has been done since your last inquiry. If you mean the one to merge SE API keys: yep, finished that, but haven't made it public, yet. If you mean make the changes to SD to merge those keys, then "in process". If you mean any of the large numbers of others I work on: work was done on some of them as I encountered problems/bugs/misfeatures or needed adjusted functionality for various tasks.
If you mean additional changes to MS: worked on several.
@Dharman After looking at the links in question, I'd flag them as spam. While the links are to a legitimate forum, it looks like they're promoting their own posts on the forum.

@Makyen What about the MS highlighting? Not sure what MS adjustments you were talking about exactly
@Dharman There needs to be at least one custom flag which mentions all of these accounts and that they appear to all be used to promote the same site/service. Have you raised one?
@Dharman So that the moderators know about the overall issue and that it affects multiple accounts. They can then choose to act on the accounts, or not.
@Daniil The intent is that it will be built into MS. It's just a lot easier for me to prototype things in a userscript than it is to make changes to MS without having previously tested them.
