@gparyani cc @Makyen fair warning: all-caps has been disabled for years because its false positive rate was so high. It'll need more qualification than just all-caps: all-caps and some other trigger instead.
@Makyen FYI: I've just set multiple MS spam waves up on TWP. Unlikely to be anything that needs doing with 'em, but if Catija drops in here and mentions 'em, that's me :)
@gparyani On MS, MS admins have a tool which allows them to specify a "spam wave". There are various criteria that can be applied, which must result in at least 10 matches already existing in MS post records and all matches must be TP. Once set up, a "spam wave" definition remains active for a maximum of 24 hours. During that time, MS will automatically apply the number of spam flags specified in the "spam wave" definition to any matching posts which SD reports.

@AJ9 I'm not sure if it was spam. It definitely didn't appear appropriate for that question/site. Possibly into the spam/R/A range. The site which was linked has >5,000 other uses on SE.
