@tripleee That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in body and Potentially bad keyword in answer; append -force if you really want to do that.
In general, it's going to depend on how blatant the issue is. I have not yet looked at these, so can't yet comment. Generally, if there is a real answer, then it's preferred to comment and allow the user to edit in disclosure, or let a mod handle it.
