@SmokeDetector I'm pretty sure this is an attempt at phishing/malware. The link is to a Google Sites page pretending to be Google Drive and iframing the rather questionable site mugeronda.top/alt.php. The iframe 404s, but I would guess it's supposed to present a fake Google sign-in form.

If a >10ker could tell me if that was by their own hand or a mod's I'd appreciate it, mainly for posterity's sake. Their intentions seemed pure based on their comment.
The link itself was probably... TMI, if that makes sense? It seemed like "Hey, by the way, I have a whole LIST of lecture notes on stuff that's somewhat related" which the answer could've done well enough without.
@SmokeDetector R/A might be an appropriate flag, but I think reporting this to Smokey might not be a great idea within the scope of the Charcoal project. IMO this is something the MSE mods should be handling, rather than a chat room.
