Whoo :)

Ok, looks like I tend to be a bit more strict to classify things as spam

@JohannesKuhn The only on I've looked at was the autoflagged FP. While the post might be an actual question, a moderator deleted the post and destroyed the user. The user also had a history of spamming their site. I went with TP mostly based on the actions of the moderator.

Looked for me like a typical "I have a website and I broke my css", but after looking at the reasons, I agree, it's most likely spam.

I could go either way on that one. It does look a lot like the typical "My site is broken [link]. Please fix it for me" type of post. Those are usually FP. I would have needed to go to the site to see if the problem actually existed at the time, but I'm not seeing a record of my doing so.

I don't really care if a spammer breaks the CSS on his website and then asks on SO for help that his domain might be legitimate THIS time.

@JohannesKuhn We should care, at least enough to evaluate the post in context. There are definitely cases where a spammer writes a question that looks like that one, but it's just spam (e.g. the "problem" doesn't really exist on their site). There have also been some cases where a spammer has reformed sufficiently such that they provide real content (sometimes even useful content). :-;

so y'know that email I sent to SE a while ago about getting a reduced chat rate limit for Smokey? I got one back
For now, it says, either keep a queue and keep retrying (which is what we do anyway), or hard limit it to 1 every 20 seconds and that's guaranteed to work. Given that we already do #1, I'm inclined to leave it at that
They've also added a thing to let them special-case users to the work queue, which means it should hopefully get done At Some Point Not Too Far Away (tm).

@ArtOfCode That's good. At least it's a "yeah, we'll add it to the to-do list; probably it'll happen in 6–8", rather than just a "no".
