@Undo Yeah, it seemed likely. After fixing the "Mysql2::Error: Load data local infile forbidden" by adding
local_infile: true, it turns out the file it's trying to load doesn't exits. The various cookie-cutter config changes I tried for changing the number of workers to 1 didn't work to make the change. Making the change either requires someone with more Rails experience, or I need a dev environment where I can play around to see what works.
I got a good ways into setting up a dev environment (desirable for multiple things, not just this issue), but haven't finished (got onto other projects and haven't gotten back to it). I'm not attached to being the one that fixes the problem, so I'm happy if you want to try setting the number of workers to 1.
