@Mithrandir re: \w non-op on MS: The most likely issue is that you were trying to use \w inside a character set (e.g. [\w-]). Doing so won't work, because the various character classes we use (i.e. those we commonly use in regexes) are implemented on top of MS' MySQL regex implementation with simple substitutions. For example, \w is replaced with [a-zA-Z0-9_]. This makes trying to use it in a character set, such as [\w-], result in something that doesn't work (i.e. [[a-zA-Z0-9_]-]).
If you want [\w-], then you have to expand it manually to [a-z0-9_-] (you don't actually need the A-Z, due to the regex being set to ignore case).

@SmokeDetector shouldn't those reasons be ignored when checking watchlist/blacklist additions? Because they are global reasons (analyzing the entirety of the post at once) while watch-/blacklist are local reasons.

@SmokeDetector Given that their avatar is clearly advertising, I'd lean towards tp. OTOH, the user has responded in comments in a way that implies confused user rather than spam, which makes it more NAA, IMO.
@Andy Yep, I can do. Honestly, @EriktheOutgolfer it's the difference between it running and not running. I haven't got time to update it right now and if we're not happy with Python 3.4, I'd have to just turn it off instead. I'll try and update it this weekend but I'm a bit snowed under at the moment :)
