So it is very well possible, and increasingly likely, that somebody commits code with stuff that runs fine in 3.6, but not on older Python versions. CI tests would not notice it, and next time your instance pulls, it dies.

We should IMO either expand CI config to include all used Python versions, or get all Smokey runners to update to the same version as CI.
