@NogShine probably a bad way for me to word that. What I was trying to say was give feedback when you see the post (as normal), but people shouldn't be using feedback as an indicator of whether or not they should flag the live post. It is for later statistical analysis only.

...that still doesn't make too much sense

e.g. we may provide tp- feedback to vandalism, but that doesn't mean you should spam flag it

The complicated criteria that lead to magic 99.75 might just be too complicated to keep track of.

With many months of data, one should be able to do things more directly: total weight must be at least X (maybe 200?); max_rep fixed at 1.... total reasons, whatever.

Idea: reduce total weight for correlated reasons. If we have two identical reasons, they should have the same weight combined as either of those alone.
