@SurajRao Yes. It appears to be caused by "unified-themes.css" applying .question-summary{display: flex;}. The question-summary class is used on a bunch of different pages for "question summaries" which have a variety of formats. Applying display: flex; is bound to mess somethings up. This is one of them.

It's not just because of the left-sidebar. The problem still exists even when you move the left-sidebar into the topbar.
