@JeremyBanks I just realized that logging into MSE gets you cookies for both chat.SE and chat.MSE
since we already do that we should do that instead of stackapps

@quartata but I didn't get to eat any cookies :(
How should I login to get the cookies?

Any of the American contingent get their stickers yet?

@Catija Yeah. I know someone did, but not me. :-)

@quartata ah, that sounds better!

omg...
Your answer is missing an "f" about halfway through in "shifts" :P — doppelgreener 5 secs ago
do we tp answers that did contain a swear word, but they weren't offensive, e.g. it was a typo or a quote (one where keeping the swear word is necessary)?

@SmokeDetector F lol

You don't want to train the bot to smack them with -100

@doppelgreener no it's more like a rule of Smokey

good rule of smokey's thumb

Unless your thumb can catch spam too

[manga panel, smokey is facing a can of spam in a fight] "your spam is so weak i need only this thumb to catch it"

You are making a machine aware of the power of its human parts

@doppelgreener Just additional info FYI: The Feedback Guidance does say that repairable offensive posts are fp.

That is always when humans start to die

@Makyen thank you :)

@Makyen "thou shalt not trueth pothitiveth accidenthal offenderth"
I take it medieval English scholars liked to spit a lot

forsooth

Well... I'm hoping most people should get them tomorrow or Tuesday.

11:12 PM
At first I thought that the leg Catja -> people would be personal delivery by having people travel.

That actually would have made for a fun road trip.... but I think that people would have gotten tired of waiting.
And showing up a people's homes probably would be weird.

@Catija Hopefully. But, one never knows with the USPS. While they do a good job on the vast majority of items, there are outliers that have been known to take a long time. Although, Royal Mail holds the record at 89 years.

@Makyen so Royal Mail workers are the slowest animals on Earth, snails being the second
And eagles catching rabbits the third.

@Makyen that's impressive

@Catija At least you're not trying to mail a baby. Fortunately, they delivered 100% of the babies.

11:23 PM
I don't think anyone would want him...

@Catija who?
@Makyen if you look at it from another perspective, feels kinda weird we don't have something like that now

@M.A.R. Bennett.

@Catija he's so cute, he looks like a hug hazard

@Catija when'd you mail em?

Irresistible

11:27 PM
@WELZ early Thursday. At a post office.
@M.A.R. he's rather cute indeed. Not much of a hugger.

I should probably get it tomorrow... (maybe Tuesday) unless they lost it... then I'll get it in about 50 years

@WELZ provided they clean it up to find it
