I've started the MS reboot process. Looks like it's going to go through the long version, so we will probably end up with a 4, or so, minute wait.
Hmmm... It looks like someone else was around that could have done so. Thus, I take it that this process might not work.

BitcoinBot24's answer is the same. Incorrect, normally a downvote, and it does attempt to answer the question - but obviously the user promotes their own site. It only came to our attention because it was bumped by the community. Another answer their (with comment replies is similar but less so).

Recovered from BrokenPipeError: [Errno 32] Broken pipe

@thesecretmaster If you're testing it against MS, keep in mind that MS is using MariaDB, which is significantly better at regex than what we were previously using.
@Rob It's usually helpful if you have something like this comment as a reply to the SD report. That way it automatically gets placed as a comment on the MS post.

@Makyen Did we not migrate back to mysql at some point?

Rob
7:31 PM
OK. I didn't know if I should do that, no permissions. Will do from now on (after reading the Docs).

@thesecretmaster It was kicked around, but we never did so. My primary evidence for this is that MS still accepts full PCRE in its regexes.
@Rob Maybe it will work, probably not. It shouldn't hurt to try.

Rob
K

@Rob Even if it doesn't work, it will associate your comment in chat with the SD report. Thus, it will be highlighted when someone mouses-over either your comment or the SD report.

How important are the counts on the search page?

7:43 PM
@thesecretmaster Very useful when deciding whether or not to blacklist.

@thesecretmaster You mean how many total/TP/FP/NAA? I consider them very important. I use them, and base decisions on them, 90%+ of the times I use the search page.

Recovered from BrokenPipeError: [Errno 32] Broken pipe

I'd estimate my use of them is closer to 100% of the time than 90%. They are often the primary/first piece of information I'm interested in from a search.

@Makyen only reason it'd drop out of standby is if someone forced it to or if it ended up reverted
but neither happened according to the CLI
it might be instead how we handle errors like the broken pipe error
or the websocket errors
it also hadn't died yet in the CLI side, it was just idling

I'm not sure what's going on. I don't see any messages from it stating that it received a failover signal. At least for the first time that it came out of standby, there isn't a report of a broken pipe error, or any other error. As to the going away, if someone commanded it, that wasn't in this room. @Rob That's unfortunate. If you choose, you can use userscript with Firefox for Android, if that's available for what you're using.

Rob
My biggest problem at the moment is that I signed in with Stack Exchange and my password is blank (since I login to SE using Google) and it says: "We need your current password to confirm your changes." - which is blank/non-existent (I know it doesn't want my Google account password). I just came back to reply to the ping, I'll take a better look (using magnifying glass on cellphone screen).
I reloaded the page and there's a mystery password ******** - if it accepts that and let's me use SE login then I'm good. It appeared that it wanted me to complete my account details to finish registration but it may well be sufficiently finished. - so never mind.
