@SmokeDetector While not exactly what the question is asking for, it is close enough that I consider this a potentially valid answer and not spam. kodi.ninja is a open source project that is intended to be used as a media center on whatever OS is chosen. So, while not actually an operating system, I don't consider this a spam answer to this question.

Question: Are there exceptions to the blacklisting rules? perfectsexclinic.com appears to me as being 100% spam related, and IMO should just be simply blacklisted. 3 TPs, all from the same username, sex related, and I doubt could ever be considered a valid site that would result in a FP.
the rule is 5/5 unless it's part of an on-going campaign (i.e. there are many other spam messages with essentially the same promotion but different URLs)
but I don't have a particular problem with bending the rules a bit for this one, seeing as it's unlikely to produce any FPs and all the spams are below autoflagging threshold
