So far they are a spammer. However, that could change should they start contributing valuable content about Lisbon to Travel.SE.

@JoErNanO from the help center: Post good, relevant answers, and if some (but not all) happen to be about your product or website, that’s okay. If there's only one answer, it's a bit harsh to consider it spam if it's on-topic and discloses affiliation.

I tend to be Thor-like when hammering spam. I might be biased, but IMHO a user who registers with the sole purpose of linking their website is a spammer, unless proven otherwise.

Yeah, but they are not familiar with the strict policies of Stack Exchange (when compared to other sites).

What will most likely happen here is that we let the user "live", and in one month we'll burninate them once we discover that their sole contribution is a spammy post.

Oh note that I have not flagged as spam. Just downvoted since I am giving the benefit of the doubt, and I disagree with the statement "I think the only way to enjoy a true fado evening is with a local because even the good places have different musicians/singers in each day."

Fair enough, I have no problem with that. But that needs to be decided on a case-by-case basis by people who are familiar with the site's culture. We (usually) aren't, that's why we usually act when there is a pattern. One post is not a pattern.
