Hi everyone, my name is Angus. I've been noticing all the good work you guys have been doing with SmokeDetector. I was wondering if there was any way I could help out?

1:39 AM
@angussidney There is not much to do most of the time, but if drop by this room between UTC 4:00 and UTC 12:00, you'll find some stuff to flag. Other than that, it's helpful to point out the (hopefully rare) undetected spam posts that you see "in the wild", so we can improve the detection.

@soup I've also noticed that whenever the bot sends out a report, someone replies saying sd k or whatever. Should I do this or do I just flag?

Only one reply is needed, and we usually get more than that already. Flags are needed more than reports, it takes six of them to nuke a post.

@Yvette just noticed your comment there, sounds a little weird with the 'Welcome!'

@Lordofdark No, the connection from the vote to the user is removed, by exposing this information, it would be easy to find users like jon skeet from the voting list
