Say.... does metasmoke currently have any way to know whether something is an answer or a question?
I don't think we're sending it that
oh, it's embedded in the URL. That'll work.
/a/* for answers, /questions/* for questions

Is the bad-keyword list per site?

Sort of. There is a big universal one, and smaller lists with site-specific rules.

@Minestrone Is it hard to add to? Can I put in a request for Mi Yodeya?

@msh210 No, not hard. What word do you have in mind?

This doesn't seem to be spam, though. As in, unsolicited offers of goods or services.

@Minestrone On skimming the Q&A I thought the main point was to advertise the blog. But you may be right.
@Minestrone And 12 deleted ones. When 44% of all posts with a certain word get deleted, it's a sign that a post with that word is likely unwelcome. And in this case, likely there to, er, advertise a service.
@Minestrone Wait, did you mean the healthykinfolk thing (as I thought) or the yeshua thing when you said "This doesn't seem to be spam, though. As in, unsolicited offers of goods or services."?

I was referring to your suggestion. I'd rather Smokey to abstrain from religion issues. Its purpose it to allow a bunch of users without much participation on the affected site - users who randomly happen to be in The Tavern or here - to sweep in and spam-flag something into deletion. I don't think this should happen to Mi Yodeya posts mentioning Yeshua.

@Minestrone Fair enough.

@ShadowWizard I'm assuming we are all using this to see deleted messages. We don't have any built in tools to easily view deleted chat messages. — bluefeet ♦ 2 hours ago

Strangely, that seems like an original story.
