if you twist your neck up and to the side like you're trying to look at something in the right upper corner of the room, at a certain point your body gets dragged along and turns a bit as well.
And if your neck keeps twisting to the side your body keeps twisting as well until you have to spin to not fall.
And then you've spun in circles looking at the ceiling for 30 seconds four times in 10 minutes and you want to murder the malfunctioning brain cells causing your tics
I also get dizzy afterwards and I normal don't get dizzy at anything, because I can control the motion/spin
oh and apparently if it happens when you're sitting you just overbalance and fall, still spinning slightly, to the side
