Is there any way to ask OP not to delete his/her question? Recently I commented on a question where OP can't install Linux Mint in a laptop. He/She deletes the question after replying to my hint. That question may also help community in future.

@Biswapriyo, after they've already deleted it, if they have other posts on the site, you could leave a temporary comment there suggesting that they undelete it (if you can no longer see the post or don't remember their username, a 10K user could see that if you have a link). If they don't have any other posts on the site, you could leave a comment on a post of theirs on another site if you can find one.
Otherwise, there isn't a way to communicate with them. You could post your own version of the question.
