I went ahead and rejected. Figured either it was legitimate and it would be resubmitted or it wasn’t and it should be rejected. Either way one rejection would not harm it.

Feature request: Can you moderators "synchronize" tags among SE sites? Here are the similar tags: 1. Superuser: wsl 2. SO: wsl 3. Unix SE: wsl. But those have not same synonymous tags. This may help users across different SE sites.
