Can you take a look at the "voting correction" on this user (30 pts reversed yesterday and today). The user is a disaster, posting bad answers at unprecedented levels (ballpark of 100-120 answers in the last half year that at least started out wrong).

He creates a black hole that sucks up time and rep of other users dealing with the massive quantity of bad answers. The voting has been fair; the downvotes appropriate. A small group of Excel followers has been dealing with these answers. I suspect that the system simply saw the quantity of answers downvoted by one or two users and assumed it was an unwarranted pattern aimed at that user.

My concerns with the reversal:

1) Bad answers may no longer carry the warning of legit downvotes.

2) I keep hoping that the quantity of downvoted answers will trigger an automated answer ban.

Several times, I've started to post on Meta for suggestions on how to control this guy's posting since nothing seems to work (and now it looks like the system has undone legit downvotes). But complaining there about a specific user isn't really appropriate. Apart from looking at the voting correction, is there anything mods can do limit his answer posting?

In theory the community should deal with it. There's a ton of issues in and around the user.

I'm going to hate myself for saying this, but since my time is currently super limited, could someone compile a list of bad posts, and why they're bad, pop it here, and I'll see what we can do?

I feel like I'm throwing all the work to you guys but there's a bunch of related issues and I'd like to make sure all the ducks are in a row.

(I'll have a few days off wednesday to friday and I'll try to give it my full attention then)
