Should I be concerned about flags that appear to have gotten "stuck"?
I've got a couple flags that are about 20+ hours old, that still appear to be active.

@killermist The mods will get to them when they can, trust me

@killermist The only active flags I can see for you are a couple of "unclear what you're asking" ones. Those flags push the question into the /review queues and mods don't see them. If the question gets closed then the flags will get marked as helpful, otherwise they'll be "disputed". The great magnet alone knows if/when those flags will be finished though.

@JourneymanGeek I'm very sorry to say that your fears have come true. I cannot contribute at my full pace any longer and may retire from Stack Exchange completely within the next few months.
It's not a matter of content issues or other problems here.
Maintaining the lead in Winter Bash stressed me out to the point where I cannot contribute much longer.

@DragonLord You will be missed

I will see what I can do over the next several weeks and try to ramp things back up.
Pushing for the hats was just not worth it.
If I do leave, you will see a notice in my user profile saying so.
I'll try to participate, but cannot guarantee anything at this point.
sigh
At one point, I was aspiring to become a full ♦ moderator
Now I can't even do my full 20 close vote reviews a day

@DragonLord Don't let SE (or any site, for that matter) control your life. Give what you feel is comfortable, and realize there's always work. Same thing with tickets at my work - they will eventually get dealt with
You have participated quite a bit recently, and it's shown. Don't feel bad about it, cause only you know what you need

December was very, very eventful for me as I pushed for heavy participation even in the midst of finishing up final projects and preparing for final exams.
I ran an ambitious project to completely rethink the way I answer my questions.
On several days, I tried to spend every close vote I had using the 10k tools.
All 50 close votes.

@DragonLord: I'm so sorry to hear that
I'd point out tho, I almost never completed all my closevotes ;p

11:14 PM
The first few days after I had suddenly stopped, I noticed the size of the review queues jumped over 1000 for the first time in several days.
I hadn't realized how much I was contributing until I grew tired of it.

Point is, we don't want to wear you out

To be honest, it's winter recess and I'm spending more time on gaming, but I still want to participate on Super User.
I just don't have much energy left to do it.

No worries about that. We'll survive the arbitrarily large review queue ;p

I might just come back in a few days, but my schedule is changing for personal reasons

(I brought it down to under a thousand one bored weekend, then never bothered)

11:17 PM
My participation will shift towards afternoons rather than late at night
In other words, there will be more contribution before the UTC clock rolls over than after
(My time zone is UTC-5:00, or UTC-4:00 during DST)
I think I overworked myself during late December when Winter Bash was in full swing

Again, participate how much and when YOU feel comfortable. SU has mods all over the world, and even more so other users who can close/cleanup the queue
Don't get burned out, realize what's important in your life, and follow those aspects

I don't want to abandon a legacy of high-quality contributions
I'll keep participating as long as I can but things will be scaled back a bit.

Then don't think of it as abandoning, think of it as taking a small vacation - Everyone needs a vacation once in a while, right?

Thanks for your kind words. I know you're busy people, too, and you do this in your spare time.

11:28 PM
Ditto

I thought I was gone for sure after noticing a dramatic reduction in contributions.

I didn't but you see me a lot less now that I started on a new job
Granted I'll be on more as I find my feet ;p

I'll BRB though

11:32 PM
Things started to slow down in January when Winter Bash was coming to a close
I posted this a while back—a massive spike in reputation especially towards Winter Bash

11:48 PM
@DragonLord Where do you generate the graph?

looks like the standard network profile graph

@CanadianLuke Stack Exchange global profile, reputation tab
