@user598527 On the assumption that it's not available from your user profile, have you tried searching for a phrase from it that you remember in quotes to see if another thieving scraping website has it?
If not, according to the FAQ it should still be in the system (if I read it right):

Thank you David, I was absolutely certain that I used the term "Source" in the title. This is a Source-engine-related bug.
I don't quite understand why deleted questions (and answers?) disappear from the user profiles and you need 10 000 reputation to see them... I see this as a waste of moderator resources.
