I'm disengaging with the author of this Q, as if they believe someone is 'cyber-bullying' them anything said is unlikely to be taken on board

I would point out that others can and disagree with putting things on hold, but I don't think it would help

That being said, the "If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question." is easily overlooked in the "why did these guys close my question?!" phase
