Speaking of the contributor who is referenced in the famous quote that says "I shudder to think what he'll do when he can freely edit or vote on closing/reopening posts," when you can't pass a review audit like this one within the Suggest Edits queue, you aren't really paying attention and blindly approving them. That is disconcerting, at best.

Suggested Edit reviews are the hardest to fail. The system normally takes a while to generate them so there's often noticeable lag - at least here, I guess other connections mileage may vary - the same edit reasons pop up and, most subtly of all, it's Markov text randomly inserted in the post...
That being said, everyone misclicks once in a while, I'm sure I must've failed a suggested edit at least once or twice due to brain derp
Though interestingly @Run5K you posted that within the same timeframe as I came here to wonder about another (in my view) trivial edit on an off-topic Q from an enthusiastic edit contributor that was approved by that user
I've lost the review in question but will drop the link here if I find it in my history so wiser eyes than mine can see
