@GiantDuck It's a programming related question. If you had code that you were writing and it wasn't working as expected, you could post it on Stack Overflow (but read their guidelines first!). If it's just in the theory, you could try Programmers, but you'd have to show you had some research effort first. Super User isn't about programming web sites or web apps
