@yatharthrock You can create a new chat room and invite anyone who has been to chat. If someone hasn't, just drop them the link to that room in a comment.
I just deleted a few of your comments from the question and the answer that seemed obsolete. Feel free to ask Chris S for an update if you like though :)

@slhck Thanks. I'll keep that in mind next time. BTW, any ideas for my question?
And also, I find it cool that you've got a 5-digit rep. While it might not get me a job, it's still pretty cool. And since I'm 13, I already have waay too much time on ym hands. Any ideas or tips on how to get there (I'm at a measly 391 right now...)?

@YatharthROCK No ideas, I don't know much about Windows ;)

@slhck How did you get most of your rep?

@YatharthROCK Thanks… I did spend some time to get there, obviously. All I can suggest is: Try and find a topic you're interested in, something you know stuff about, then read a lot, post good questions and try to post good answers once you're confident enough.
When you answer something, include context, like links to external resources that explain more, or add screenshots and detailed instructions

@slhck Mayb something like this?
Maybe I should ask a question about unicorns on Meta, they always seem to get the most votes...

@YatharthROCK Pretty good answer there!
Heh, yeah… Unicorns, well. I'd focus on solving real problems ;)

@slhck Question: How do you become a mod? Questions? An approach from Jeff or Joel?
Why there they so inextricably entwined with SO? Did they found it? (Is the tense of 'found' here right? I felt 'find' wouldn't have the same connonation...)

@YatharthROCK You become a mod when the SE team decides that a site needs to have elections, and then you just take part in these elections.
It's all rather democratic, almost anyone can vote.
In order to become a mod, obviously, you have to participate on the site and know how everything works — besides just asking questions and answering.

@slhck What's the minimum rep?
And what's the story behind your handle? (You haven't included any external links in your About Me)

> In the nomination phase, any community member in good standing with more than 300 reputation may nominate themselves to be a community moderator.

@YatharthROCK There's not much of a story ;)

@slhck I want to hear it
I want to start my own blog
LOL, the Clippy guy just showed up :)
That made my day

@YatharthROCK My handle is "soulhack" without the vowels, and that's about it :)
Yeah, gotta love Clippy!
