well I had a fun time this weekend. "frost free" hose bib ended up free flowing fast enough to fill a cup in about 20 seconds

took way too much torque to get it apart and get the cartridge out, but after cleaning it off a bit and putting it back together, it works fine now

best guess, some ice forced the valve out a bit from it's casing

cause there was some frozen looking crystals down there that seemed to be on one of the connections

made for a fun first major plumbing job
