How can one tell for sure from this wall of chat rooms in which one I can post links to questions on other sites that may be of interest to users here and related to matter modeling like this one?
The quippy titles are not helpful to anyone not already familliar with the rooms.
Would it be better if I formulated a meta question for this?

@uhoh There is a room called "What's going on elsewhere?" where we have some feeds that automatically post Chem.SE and Physics.SE questions with tags that might be of interest to us. We welcome other tags (and from other sites) too, if you have any suggestions. It's also an "open" room, so you can add one-boxed posts yourself if they don't get picked up by the feeds.
Which titles do you think would benefit from re-naming? LAMMPS, GAUSSIAN, and VASP are all names of popular matter modeling software, and the room descriptions do say so. "Physical Properties of Matter" is about the self-explanatory subject title, "Tags" is about tagging, and "Testing Bounties" is probably clear to be not a room for advertising questions. "Ask a moderator" is for asking questions to mods.

When you go to "Milestones Matter" you see that people are just posting whenever we reach a milestone, and "Modeling Matters" has a description which says it's the "general chat room".
