@Tyberius I don't understand why you would decline a flag in that case, especially if you did actually act on the flag's recommendation (in this case you said you did vote on the question after I pointed it out). Why should flags only be for pointing out problems with the question/answer? It's frequently recommended on Meta.SE to flag in various other circumstances.

Sometimes they even say to flag one of your own questions if you want to get the mods' attention about something that has nothing to do with anyone else's questions/answers.

@Tyberius "I think we can discuss voting behavior here in chat or on Meta" --- We could, but I also wouldn't want to tell the whole world what I know diamond mods have voted or not voted on, so I thought flags would be a more "private" way to communicate these things.
