Q: Are there any non-concentration spells that consume a costly nonmagical component, besides True Seeing?

Lloyd LeinenweberAs per the title, limited to any official material published by WotC that isn't still in UA stages. I've scoured the wizard spells as best as I'm able and have only come up with True Seeing so far. For context, the end goal here is a list of spells that could theoretically be cast with a consumab...

@Joshua He doesn't need one. He would just show up to the corps with a Ring Pop and he'd get sent on missions.
@AncientSwordRage WotC designers are only wrong when they say they're wrong.

I think I've managed to make a really fun character for an upcoming Spelljammer game. I'm an American Mafioso from Earthsphere that found himself unintentionally jammed out into one of the other spheres by an malfunctioning control rod found in a Warehouse in New York. He's going to be an Eloquence Bard and my DM has allowed me to be proficient in using Guns instead of Instruments for my "performances" and casting foci. When I cast spells like Command and Fear? I point a pistol at my targets.
My character legitimately knows English because it's his first language. I don't even know how I'd play out known Common as a second language. Never had a character who didn't start knowing common.
At level 6, I'll be able to speak the language of "Gun in your face", which everyone understands, so the language barrier will hardly matter.

Q: Does your hit die include your Constitution modifier for purpose of Wither and Bloom?

Dan BThe wither and bloom spell says, in part: one creature of your choice in that area can spend and roll one of its unspent Hit Dice and regain a number of hit points equal to the roll plus your spellcasting ability modifier. Does that bonus include the creature's Constitution modifier?
