Doesn't the README have a couple more?
or the Literate docs page?
And really the examples should be in SBCS form, but I digress
utc midnight go brrr
Oh is that what that was? I thought I was just lagging lol
At first it wasn't sending at all, so I reloaded and it wasn't there so I resent it, then there were suddenly two of them
Anyway yeah I like the new Vyxal stuff
I still haven't learned v3. Should I?
IMO it's the better-designed language but the worse golflang
I did a couple golfs in it when it first dropped but I don't remember any of it, other than the modifier stuff
@emanresuA Yeah, I've gathered that.
I've been scheming up a golflang in the background but it's definitely not as good as Vyxal v2. Maybe Jelly but that's a stretch
I haven't used any golfing language in so long though, besides just today.
I have written just about zero programs in any non-Uiua language in the last two months.
It's interesting that the Vyxal homepage uses literate mode in the example, but the tour it links to uses SBCS mode.
uh, don't mind that
only the best!

In my opinion literate mode should only exist as a way to format to SBCS mode, with a noformat option to do literate-specific golf.
Like in Uiua, pretty much, though they haven't added noformat yet, but it's going to be added soon

@Ginger ask vercel it made the language model that wrote the copy :p
@emanresuA working on it :p
I know :p

That's pretty much what the plan is
Unless there's some obvious things I missed, that'll be the new set of things that do things

may have completely forgot to finish the font

Vyxal font? interesting
@lyxal Could you help me figure out nilad moving? I remember hearing about it and there's a link to it in the table of contents in the Tour, but the link doesn't go anywhere and I can't find any documentation about it
it's not a thing any more
What version is it in so I can golf in that? :p
I think my program would be shorter with it
Did it get removed because it was weird and confusing or some other reason?
<=3.4.0
@noodleperson because it was annoying to handle when you wanted to debug programs
I didn't see it on the breaking changes thing there
Ok thanks

A: How many dots are there?

noodle personVyxal 3.3.0 d, 11 bytes ᵒ="ij.::;!? Try it Online! I downgraded to Vyxal 3.3.0 because that's the most recent version which still supports Nilad moving, a feature which was removed because it makes debugging super annoying but makes this program a byte shorter because it lets me move the string ...

xd
But if nilad moving is really gone, you should probably fix the table of contents of the Tour.
fixed

@noodleperson yeah currently i'm just adding stuff to tinyapl386, the fork of bqn386, the fork of apl386, the fork of apl385
i think lyxal wants to pick stuff out and change them a bit though?
no actually i think he said he wants to like keep mine and then make one of his own that are like the dream glyphs if he wasn't constrained by unicode
being constrained by unicode is probably a common sentiment between golflang designers and array language designers(:
@lyxal some of the characters here look like garbage on my computer
this is painful to look at :p
...they become crisp if I zoom in? what
unifont as a universal fallback is a good thing to have
they do look fine without it for me though:
