@Gilles I followed Ravages of Time upto chapter 300 or so. That is based on RotK, and it definitely qualifies as wuxia. Don't know about RotK.

Wilson Gibson's novels were set in Tokyo. But that's set int he future.

OH! Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles III was set a few centuries in the past in Asia.
