This is a bit unfortunate. I meant to upvote the question after it was undeleted to prevent this from happening, but I missed the window.

@GarethRees see meta.stackexchange.com/q/359643/222298 which requests that this doesn't happen.
the bug here is probably that it gets deleted again so quickly after the undeletion
hopefully a mod undeleting it overrides that
or maybe we should just add a few comments to it as a workaround
comments explaining why it was deleted and undeleted
@b_jonas I've upvoted the question which will prevent the Community user from deleting it again (unless it gets downvoted back to zero)

@Bookworm Could somebody with some technical skills help? I posted a new question and tried to make three spoiler blockquotes. Only two seem to be working.
Never mind ... I figured it out for myself. If you try to insert a line break in a spoiler blockquote, it stops being hidden.
