@Riker That depends how you define "important" :-) Anyway, I count 19 (20 if you include one "retired" badge).
@DoubleU It depends very much on the site. SO and ELU, for instance, always have hundreds of reviews. Smaller sites like Literature, and even some larger ones like SFF, usually have just a few reviews in the queue at any one time.
