Is it supposed to be ironic that on 43a Rav Yehuda is חביבא ליה ארץ ישראל to the point that we can't even cite him as evidence, yet back on 24b Rav Yehuda is the one who says כל העולה מבבל לא"י עובר בעשה?
Or is it just a coincidence?
Or did one cause the other in some way?
