Papers from Annals of Mathematics from 1950's probably aren't available freely online, right? Or did I missed something? (I have searched both in Google Schlolar and I've looked also at journals website.)

Maybe I should have explicitly mentioned that I've edited this after I saw that the post has already been bumped by another edit. I suppose that it is reasonable to do further improvements to post if it was already bumped - definitely better that if the post is bumped a few times.
