@YCor I think you wanted to say deprecated tag rather than depreciated tag. (But since I am not a native English speaker, I opted for asking in comment rather than editing what I suspect is a typo.) As a side note, it is good to see some renewed activity in tag-related discussions on meta - for example, the three posts made by YCor this months.
I saw that the post was edited so I have removed the above comment.
Another useful byproduct of this is that the question was bumped - maybe somebody else will join the discussion. (Although I think that most visits to the question are because it is displayed in the community bulletin.)
