It seems that if a post starts with a blog of newcommands, the result might be almost empty post preview.
Which is not surprising, since the preview simply the first characters of the post. (I do not remember exact numbers.) So if MathJax is involved, after rendering this might be something very big or something which shows almost nothing from the post - as in this case.
