I was wondering whether should be added here:

Q: Is there a database for tracking the dependencies of mathematical theorems?

WilliamGiven a proof for a result, one could denote the proof as a node on a graph, and then draw arrows to the node from axioms and previous results that the proof uses, and then draw arrows from the node to results that the result is used to prove. The sources of such a graph would be mathematical axi...

The OP does explicitly asks about online databases. But it is reasonable to expect that many of the answer will be online.
As you might expect, I stumbled upon that question because it is in the HNQ list at the moment.
Anyway, what do you think about adding this tag?

@quid One more info about conversations, which I considered useful on occasion. If I delete conversation and create it again with the same name, then the link is the same. (So if I find out that it would be good adding a few more messages to a conversation, I can do this and if I posted a link to that conversation elsewhere, that link will still work.)
However, I did not try what happens if two conversations in a room have exactly the same name (Or whether the software allows it at all.)

@MartinSleziak I went ahead and made suggested edit to add this tag. It was approved by the OP and one other reviewer - so they probably see this tag as a reasonable one.
When I look at other posts about databases of various mathematical objects, the tag is quite often used.
Search for database is:q returns 84 questions, if I restric the search to questions tagged online resources I get only 12 results.
However, if I look at results of the first search, not all of them are questions about databases of some mathematical objects. (For example, the search returned also questions about databases of citations or papers, mathematics related to SQL databases, etc.)
These are the questions from that search which are actually about databases of (some type of) mathematical objects (sorted by id - from the oldest):

Q: Database of polyhedra

SparrAs part of many hobbies (origami, sculpting, construction toys) I often find myself building polyhedra from regular polygons. I am intimately familiar with all of the Archimedean and Platonic solids, and can construct most of the other isohedra, deltahedra, and Johnson solids from memory. The sm...

Q: Database of finite presentations of used groups

kakazDo You know any kind of database of presentations of groups? It may be on-line or off-line in form of tables, ideally case would be integrated in some Computer Algebra System. I am interested the most in infinite group presentations, but feel free to put here also information about tables of pr...

Q: Where on the internet I can find database of graphs?

Pratik DeoghareI am studying graph algorithms. I need database of graphs on which I can test my algorithms. Where can I find reliable database of graphs of all kinds? Thanks!

Q: Knot database including text names

Mark BellKnots such as the 3_1 knot and the 4_1 knot are often referred to as the trefoil and figure-eight knots respectively. There are more obscure names for some of the later ones in the knot tables, for example the 6_1 knot is also know as the stevedore knot. These names are not listed on the online k...

Q: What could be some potentially useful mathematical databases?

gowersThis is a soft question but it's not meant as a big-list question. I have recently been asked whether I want to provide feedback at the pre-beta stage on a forthcoming website that will provide a platform for data sharing, and rather than giving just my personal opinion I'd rather consult other m...

Q: Incidence matrices of generalized quadrangles

Felix GoldbergIs there somewhere a database of incidence matrices of generalized quadrangles that one can download?

Q: A database on Maass forms?

Alex GavrilovIs there somewhere a database on Maass forms that includes eigenvalues, Taylor coefficients, etc...? I am mainly interested in classical forms on $\Gamma(1)\backslash H$.

Q: Database of non-isomorphic trees

Ian GleasonAs there are several free prime number databases, is there something similar for non-isomorphic trees?

Q: Combinatorial Databases

Gwyn WhieldonAt one point, I remember being excited by seeing the website Encyclopedia of Combinatorial Structures as an extension of Sloane's Online Integer Sequence Database site. Unfortunately, the site (ECS) has already become largely defunct. I would very much like to see a searchable database of combin...

Q: "Family Tree" of Theorems

Menachem LazarIs anyone aware of any attempt to describe the dependencies of theorems (perhaps in mathematics generally, perhaps in some limited areas) in the form of a "family tree"? That is, each node on the tree might correspond to a theorem, and branches would indicate dependencies between theorems? I re...

Q: Database of adjacency matrices on cospectral non-isomorphic graph pairs

TurboIs there a repository of cospectral non-isomorphic graphs available somewhere? I am looking for list of $0/1$ adjacency matrix pairs that can be input data in tools such as MATLAB.

It seems that most of them are tagged .
Would a separate tag for various mathematical databases be useful?
I have made a post on meta about this. (I have posted this here in chat mainly for the reason that listing questions from the given topics seems more reasonable here. In chat, you can see also preview of the question and tags - which are, in this case, relevant.)

Q: How to tag questions about databases of mathematical objects?

Martin SleziakOn MO there were several questions regarding databases of (some type of) mathematical objects. You can see the list of questions I was able to find here. What would be correct tag for such questions? I can think of three possible answers which seem to be reasonable (at least to some extent) We...

I have tried to search whether this has already been discussed on meta. I did not find such question.
But I spotted this one:

Q: Tag for errata of books

ShamisenNavigating MO, it is possible to view two kinds of questions regarding errors within a book. The first kind are community-wiki questions which answers are a collaborative listing of found errors in a book (e.g.: Errata to Principles of Algebraic Geometry, Errata for Atiyah-Macdonald, Erratum for ...

The question suggests creating tag. Perhaps for questions about errata for particular book and for errata databases, the might be a reasonable tag.
I know that MSE and MO are separate entities, but there is intersections both in topics and users. So it might be worth mentioning that errata-related tag was also discussed there:

Q: Would a new tag for mistakes/typos/errata for books be useful/appropriate?

Martin SleziakMaybe it could be called book-errata? I cannot give many examples of discussions from math.SE offhand but at least one example from here Find limit of unknown function This is an example from a different forum: http://www.sosmath.com/CBB/viewtopic.php?p=181367 I guess questions (and answers) r...
